In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we have incorporated a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to send and receive responses.
Your requests are very important to us but please note that our normal business hours are
Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (est). Tickets opened on weekends or after normal businees hours will be responded to asap during normal business hours.
